my last talentime is over..=(
but i enjoyed every minutes of it.. i enjoyed the whole process..every minutes of it=)
i was in dance and song this year.. song was........ i sorta expected the results lar..haiz..
anyway.. the day started at school.. did some last minute practising and brushing up of stuff.. den changed and set off to nyjc.. cera's sister was our dearest make-up artist.. her make up skills are superb=) thank you cera's sister!! oh wells.. we were making up in the bus and eating sweets.. and cheering lar.. so excited..
den reached nyjc and we brought all our stuff in and den waited at the so called holding area.. song was to go first.. everyone was making up and practising.. i love the unity.. the ma'ams were helping us too.. thank you ma'ams!! after that had to report for song liao.. we were all so nervous lar.. esp me and kirstie.. was so worried bout the last part.. den after that time flew and it was our turn.. guess everyone did their very best.. to sing to project their voice and of course to smile=) i noe we did our best.. we are still winners no matter wad.. juniors did a great job in their harmonizing... they were loud enough=)
den was skit.. i didnt take part lar but i tink they did a great job.. they came out looking so happy=) i was so happy for them.. had so much confidence they wud win.. but anyway.. u are still winners pple!! u all were great!!!
after that was dance.. and we were the last skool to perform.. everyone was waiting for us to come lar.. haha.. cos some of our dance pple were in skit and we had to wait for them.. after they came out den we ran all the way to the dance place.. den see all the VIs running with us oso.. haha.. i felt so...... i dunno.. but we went in and do our dance lar.. i cudnt see anything cos i wasnt wearing my specs.. haha.. i tink our dance was wonderful.. seriously.. it was great=)
after that was results time.. and
our dance won 3rd!!! yay!! seriously.. those sacrifices during recess and after school paid off.. our hard work gained us good results.. though it's only a third but come to tink of it.. we only had a proper practice with everyone present the day before the competition.. everyone did their best for the competition.. we're all winners..
a note to juniors: work hard next year!! get better results and dun let us down kae!!! jia you!!!
